Check and maintain restrooms, garbage cans, and overall lounge cleanliness.Make sure gaming stations and controllers are properly sanitized, cleared, and reset.Be well versed in all of the products, services, and events the lounge has to educate guests and make informed suggestions.Communicate cordially, effectively and clearly with all team members, managers, and guests.Ensure all guests are receiving a premium experience through in-depth interaction and proactive engagement during their visit.Provide consistent and exceptional guest service.The responsibilities of this position will include, but is not limited to: Game Floor Hosts are expected to use video game industry and technical knowledge to deliver a unique gaming and hospitality experience. Game Floor Hosts are responsible for the initial warm greeting and seating of guests, taking payment, answering phones, and assisting guests throughout their visit.
