there's only 2 missables mini medals, but there are 110 in the game and the cheevo only requires 100 so no worries. Theres a ver 1.0 and a ver 1.1 of the patch, and youd think that the ver 1. and found only one that seems to be complete, made by a group called 'DQTranslations'. So, Ive heard a lot of great things about DQ3.

I linked a couple and did some testing and everything acted as expected. Yeah, I'm 90% sure that you can simply link all 1.0 versions to this and they'll work fine. Hopefully, this fixes certain emulators not recognizing the achievements. Renamed this game to "Dragon Quest III", renamed and unlinked the 1.0 version. I just started the game, but for some reason, it still thinks it's the japanese version (game 2820) instead of this one.

This was made for translation version 1.1. I'm using the translation 1.1: 17:59: Renamed this game to 'Dragon Quest III', renamed and unlinked the 1.0 version. I have version 1.1 of the translation and it doesnt seem to work. To anyone wanting the patch, it can be found here: it to the Japanese game and it should work.
